As part of the development of the Long Term Water Conservation Strategy, submitted to the Ministry of Environment at the end of March, the Regional Municipality of York has released a Special Report on Water in the Globe and Mail and in local York Region community newspapers on March 19, 2011.
The Special Report on Water was created by individuals with passion for, and expertise in, water conservation. Each article examines water from a unique perspective with a goal of stimulating new thinking and encouraging residents to consider the future of water in York Region.
